Always Be There

From dawn to midnight, a persistent scheme,
A parent’s thoughts hold a resolute dream—
To guide you daughter, so happy and free,
Through the ups and downs of your destiny.
In each step you take, a lesson unfolds,
With laughter and tears, your spirit, it molds,
From hurtful scrapes and falls to whispered fears,
These uncertain moments, they span the years.
You scale high mountains to test out your skills,
With boundless energy that always thrills.
Yet shadows linger and worries will vie
In a world that’s fickle, where doubts can fly.
“Be confident,” I reassuringly say,
“Don’t let the obstacles get in your way.”
For in your concerns, I have seen my own,
A new plant rising but not fully grown.
So here we stand with devotion as guide,
Against all hurdles, my care won’t subside.
For though the road ahead may twist and bend,
Our loving bond will forever transcend.
